"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thy own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path." Proverbs 3:5-6
As the Director of the Youth Department it's my responsibility to support and provide guidance to youth ministries within the church, to work on activites that will allow spiritually minded youth opportunities that will prepare and guide them for leadership roles within the church, to maintain working relationships that will produce opportunities for youth to experience new fellowship and Christian activities both inside and outside the four walls of the church.
Inside The Church: maintain working relationships with Christian Education, Outreach, HOTW, Media, Men of Valor, Missionary and Sunday School to create youth opportunities that will grow their spiritual awareness and talents.
Outside The Church: youth fellowship with different churches seeking to get closer to Christ and kingdom building, fellowship in activities such as Youth Encountering Christ and Grotonwood, build Christian relationship and networks that benefit youth development and provides a platform for youth to showcase their spiritual talents and provide a safe place to worship Christ through praise and worship.
